Safety, Procedures and School Readiness
Program Overview:
This two-course program prepares students to work with children in school settings. In the first course, students learn about child development from birth to age 12, explore diversity, and understand school roles and professional behavior. The second course focuses on safety, including first aid, CPR, emergency procedures, and student support. Hands-on activities, guest speakers, and classroom practice help students gain real-world experience.
