The JUHSD Adult Transition Program (ATP) serves students aged 18-22 who graduated high school by earning a certificate of completion or a diploma through the alternate pathway. The Adult Transition Program staff are dedicated to creating a transition pathway that fosters independent living skills and supports our students towards meeting their educational, employment, and independent living goals. The program features functional academic curriculum and daily living skills instruction, as well as community-based learning and work experience opportunities.
